All six of our cottages have been formed out of the farms 18th Century barns, providing modern living accommodation. They surround a paved communal courtyard.

Common to all cottages are:

Visit Britain 4 star rated.
Linen and towels supplied.
Electricity is inclusive.
Colour TV with FREESAT, DVD player and CD / Radios.
Radio alarm clocks and hair dryer.
Cots (linen not supplied) and Highchairs available at no extra cost.
Z bed at no extra cost (see individual descriptions below on which cottages these will fit into.)
Microwave, fridge/freezer & washing machine.
Tumble dryer (situated in one of the games rooms).
Large car parking area, with enough room for 10 + cars.
Dogs & Pets welcome in all of our cottages (extra charge of £15 per week per dog)

	SATURDAY CHANGEOVER Sleeps 4 plus cot and Z bed. Large Double and large twin bedrooms both upstairs.
	FRIDAY CHANGEOVER Sleeps 4 plus cot or Z bed. Large Double and a small twin bedroom (2' 6" beds) all on one level apart from a few internal steps.
	SATURDAY CHANGEOVER Sleeps 6 plus cot or Z bed. Large Double and 2 twin bedrooms all upstairs.
	FRIDAY CHANGEOVER Sleeps 4 plus cot or Z bed. Small Double and a large twin bedroom all on one level apart from a few internal steps.
	FRIDAY CHANGEOVER Sleeps 5 plus cot Large Double with extra single bed and twin bedroom all upstairs
	SATURDAY CHANGEOVER Sleeps 2 plus cot or Z bed. Single bedroomed cottage with a 6 foot bed (can be split into two single beds on request)
