Yetland Farm Cottages consists of six 4
Star well equipped cottages formed from the old 18th Century farm barns situated within an
Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and are all surrounding a pretty paved courtyard. They are ideally situated for all of the North Devon beaches,
Exmoor, South West Coastal Path and many family and adult tourist and
leisure attractions.
We are a small working farm (small flock
of Lleyn and Jacob sheep, Large Black and Gloucester Old Spot pigs and chickens) set in 18
acres in a quiet rural position with fantastic views from one of our fields
across the Bristol Channel to South Wales, yet
within 1 mile of Combe Martin, 2 miles of Berrynarbour, just 2 miles
from the Exmoor National Park border and within easy access to North
Devon's surfing beaches and the North Devon / North Somerset stretches of
the South West Coastal Path and 10 miles from the historic market town of
Barnstaple.

- One 3 bedroomed cottage sleeping 6 (1 double
and 2 twin rooms plus cot or Z bed)
- One 2 bedroomed cottage sleeping 5 (double
and single in same bedroom and a twin room plus cot)
- Three 2 bedroomed cottages sleeping 4 (1
double and 1 twin room plus cot or Z bed)
- One single bedroomed cottage sleeping 3 in a
double and single bed (it is possible to fit a cot into the bedroom).
- All of our accommodation has been rated by
the ETC as 4 Star
- Large children's playfield with climbing
frame, slide, swings, goal posts and a half size hard standing tennis court.
